By booking any service with OTG Car Detailing, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Appointments & Deposits
All appointments may require a deposit to secure your booking. Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances. This ensures your time slot is reserved and protects against last-minute cancellations.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. We will do our best to accommodate a new time.

3. Service Expectations
Our detailing packages are based on the level selected at booking.

• Basic packages (such as “Silver Refresh” details) do not guarantee removal of deep stains, scratches, oxidation, or water spot prevention.

• Additional services may be required for full correction and will be discussed if needed.

4. Vehicle Condition Disclosure
Customers must disclose any existing damage, sensitive areas, or aftermarket modifications before service. On-The-Go Car Detailings is not responsible for pre-existing damage.

5. Results Disclaimer
While we aim for the highest quality results, some imperfections may not be fully removable depending on the condition of the vehicle. We do not guarantee perfection, especially on heavily neglected vehicles.

6. Weather & Environment
Mobile detailing is subject to weather conditions. In cases of rain, extreme heat, or unsafe conditions, your appointment may be rescheduled.

7. Payment
Full payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept Venmo, PayPal, Apple Pay, Cash, Check, and Cash App.

8. Satisfaction
Customer satisfaction is important. Any concerns must be brought up before we leave the job site so we can address them immediately.

9. Liability
OTG Car Detailings is not liable for:

• Pre-existing damage

• Normal wear and tear

• Issues arising after the service has been completed and approved by customer
